Robert Rybarczyk - Managing Director
Robert has 20 years of diverse experience ranging from project management in design and construction of electrical infrastructure. His experience ranges from low voltage industrial, commercial and construction electrical systems and processes to high voltage installations. His experience includes but is not limited to sports lighting, new and existing building fit outs, hay plant and mill automotive control systems, mining infrastructure and supermarket refits, repairs and fault finding, writing and performing works under switching programs and emergency call outs. Robert’s background enables Future Power WA to offer sustainable and reliable solutions on a broad range of projects.
Mike Nakhoul – Engineering Manager (BEng Elect, MIEAust)
Mike has 25 years of experience in the building services, mining and renewable energy industries. He has recently successfully completed numerous projects which include Alfred Skeet Oval Sports Lighting Upgrade (City of Armadale), Orelia Oval Lighting Upgrade (City of Kwinana), Point Fraser Reserve Lighting Upgrade & Associated Electrical Works (City of Perth). Mike has also worked on various projects in the mining industry and on a number of renewable energy systems projects both in Australia and overseas. Mike’s skills and experience include Project Engineering, Project Management, Site Contractor Supervision, Contract Management, Inspection, Testing and Commissioning and Safety & Quality Management. Mike’s background and experience enables Future Power WA to offer an exceptional client focus on project delivery, quality and safety.
Len Davies – Design Engineer
Len is the Managing Director of Future Engineering and Communication, Future Powers’ strategic shareholding partner. Len has over 40 years’ experience as a structural and civil engineer, being responsible for supply and installation of Communication Towers and Poles worldwide. Lens’ engineering and design expertise allows Future Power WA to provide our clients with the peace of mind that their project will exceed all specified requirements and design parameters as well as having included cost analysis and effectiveness.
